During your first session with Bophelo Life Wellness , your counsellor will ask you questions to get to know you better and understand what brings you to counselling. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the counseling process. This session is to gather information, build a relationship and plan a treatment plan with the counsellor.
A counselling session with Bophelo Life Wellness typically lasts for 45-60 minutes for individuals and 60-90 minutes for couples, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.
